Make a fist, , . Go in with the knuckle cleanser, apply little portion on to a cotton pad and cleanse the knuckles area with it. Lastly apply the knuckle cream onto the knuckle area, massage thoroughly into the knuckle area, last massage your hands with hand cream.

Note: Re-apply knuckle cleanser and cream at least three times daily for fast result
